Serrudara means Sawdust and a layer of Serrudara refers to the layer of crushed biscuits. The silky cream and crunchy biscuits come together to make an ultimate dessert. Perad is yet another sweets delicacy in Goa which is conventionally prepared guava cheese. The rich brown color and mouthwatering taste of Perad has made it a favorite of many people.
