Work and stress of the daily hectic schedule exhausts everyone. Sometimes it is recommended that you take a break from it, and have a good time with family or friends. Sodium, potassium, iodine, selenium, and Zinc are also present in Goan foods. As far as vitamins are concerned, it contains Vitamin A and Vitamin B12 in considerable quantity.
